Great article! My 8 year old has always been an early riser and it had gotten into a habit of getting up at 4:30/5 am and it’s been hard to break this habit but he is consistently now waking up between 6-7 now! With the tools and knowledge you gave us it has been wonderful and his attitude after school have taken a 180 turn for the better, it’s bee truly awesome!
