I find it like diet and exercise- we know we need to eat healthy and get our bodies moving, but we don’t always do it. Well, just like diet and exercise, we need to also make time and create a habit of sleep.
The truth of the matter is that we can’t afford to not sleep. We don’t even realize the negative effect of not sleeping because we get accustomed to just keep going, we don’t even realize what a good night of sleep can do for our bodies and well being.
